Viharsarok Watersports Center

Viharsarok Watersports Center, located in Balatonföldvár, offers thrilling experiences for enthusiasts of wind-powered water sports. The center provides instruction and rental services for windsurfing, sailing, catamaran, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kayaking. It organizes camps for both adults and children, as well as one-day courses and guided practice tours, where participants can also earn international certifications. The shallow waters create an ideal learning environment, and all programs are designed to support personalized development.

The center is situated at the Keleti (Eastern) Beach in Balatonföldvár. It is easily accessible by car, with parking available nearby. Public transportation options include a 15-minute walk from either the Balatonföldvár or Szántód train stations. Long-distance buses also stop at the “Balatonföldvár, Mátyás király utca” bus stop, located just 500 meters from the site along Main Route 7. During the summer season and opening hours, an entrance fee is required to access the beach.
