Toy Museum
Introduction
The Toy Museum, also known as the Vidor Toy Museum, is located in the center of Keszthely and displays one of Europe's largest toy collections. The collection of more than 15,000 items includes iconic toys of the 20th century: Monchhichi, Barbie dolls, Matchbox cars, plush toys, building blocks, board games, as well as classic pieces from the Lemezárgyár and Elzett Művek factories in Győr. The exhibition has separate sections for boys and girls, as well as themed areas, such as a LEGO room, a display case of fairy tale characters, and an old TV room.

The museum's goal is not just nostalgia, but a realistic look at the past: visitors can wander among the display cases listening to children's songs, while learning about the history and cultural background of the games. Part of the exhibition is the Matularium, which also includes the hunting memorabilia of István Fekete and Dénes Wentzely.
