Storytelling Bus Stops - Veszprém power station

Electricity services in Veszprém started on 8th December 1908. At that time, only evening electricity was provided; from 1912 onwards, the town also had daytime electricity. The Veszprém power station was home to many families of electricians and was the power generator for thousands of people, companies and institutions. It could have become an electrical monument of the city of Veszprém, but was demolished in 2023.
