Red Grape Estate and Wine Cellar
Introduction
Vörös Vineyard and Wine Cellar is located on Szilvádi Hill in Ábrahámhegy, along the hiking trail leading to the ruins of the Pauline Monastery, in picturesque surroundings. The family winery has been growing grapes and making wine for more than 40 years, using traditional methods and a modern approach. The estate offers Welshriesling, Szürkebarát (Pinot Gris), Kéknyelű, Rózsakő, and Sárgamuskotály (Yellow Muscat), which can be sampled in wine cellars, at wine dinners, and on wine tours. The panoramic terrace, dishes made from local ingredients and the family atmosphere offer a special experience for every visitor.
Location & Accessibility
The cellar is located on Ábrahám Hill, at 26 Klastrom Street. By car, from the center of the village, turn after the soccer field, and from there, a straight road leads to the estate. The nearest bus stop is about a 7-10 minute walk away. Visits must be booked in advance, especially for wine tastings and events.
