Ősi
Introduction
Ősi is a village at the foot of the Eastern Bakony Hills, in the vicinity of Várpalota, where the natural environment and historical heritage are closely intertwined. From Bronze Age finds to the Turkish era, Reformed and Catholic church traditions, and the Baroque-style Gyümölcsoltó Boldogasszony Church all contribute to the character of the settlement. The cultural life of the community is active, with a sports center, library, and community programs contribute to a vibrant local life. Economic development is also strengthened by the influence of the surrounding industrial centers and settlement development investments.
Location & Accessibility
Located in Veszprém County, on the border of Fejér County, about 7 km from Várpalota and Main Road 8. It can also be reached via Berhida or Nádasdladány. Bus routes, which run directly from Veszprém, and those from Székesfehérvár usually with one change, reach the settlement within an hour.
