Introduction

The Military Technology Park Zánka is a unique open-air exhibition on the shores of Lake Balaton, where visitors can get a close-up look at the former military equipment of the Hungarian Armed Forces. The park features iconic vehicles and weapons such as the MiG-21 fighter jet, Mi-24D and Mi-8T helicopters, T-72 tanks, air defense missiles, locators, a tracked amphibious vehicle (PTSZ-M), and a BAT-M bulldozer, which was also suitable for building helicopter landing pads. A special feature of the exhibition is that the interior of the Mi-8T helicopter can also be viewed, including the cockpit.

Information boards in Hungarian and German help visitors find their way around. The park offers exciting programs not only for military technology enthusiasts, but also for families and anyone else who is interested.
