Life Thread Mental Health Experience Workshop Veszprém

The Életfonal Mental Hygiene Workshop is a safe and inspiring space where individuals, families, and groups in their spiritual development. The goal of the workshop is to create an opportunity to rethink the thread of life: to work through knots, tangles, and blockages in order to improve the quality of life.

• Mental health support conversations: stress, burnout, crisis situations, coping with loss
• Family and couples therapy: with a systemic approach, in a safe space
• Psychodrama and child psychodrama groups: creative, action-oriented methods for developing self-awareness and relationships
• Mediation and conflict management: effective communication and problem solving

The professional leader of the workshop is Éva Bordás, a social worker, mental health and organizational development specialist, psychodrama leader, mediator, and family therapist in training. Her mission is to make mental health care methods available to as wide an audience as possible.
