Almádi People's Day

Almádi People's Dayis a prominent event in the town, serving as an important occasion for meetings and a community-building event in the lives of local communities and Almádi people in general. Our programmes engage children, young people, families, the elderly, local communities and civil organisations. This day is a platform for community activity and social participation.

Our goal is to bring together the civil organisations and artistic groups operating in our city on this day. Since our aim is to strengthen interest in each other. We provide every group with the opportunity to introduce themselves. Accordingly, every civil organisation prepares presentations, programmes and interactive activities related to their own profile for townspeople and visitors from the surrounding area. Instead of the usual presentations and performances, everyone can showcase what they do best, what is closest to their heart.

In the spirit of team and community building, we have announced a cooking competition where teams can enter with a one-pot dish prepared in a cauldron. The communal cooking and eating experience has a strong community-building power at this event.
